An unusual floral note of honeysuckle hovers on the nose alongside mossy greenness. The palate is fresh but ripe, adding a salty vein to the juicy but light body. The finish is vivid and clean. Aromatics of crunchy apple, green pear, tarragon, and catnip. On the palate, the bracing acidity, lime zest, and juice give way to white pepper, tarragon, scallion, with a chalky mineral saline finish that lingers.
